E Studio is a private personal training studio in downtown Santa Rosa. We've been here for over 22 years, training the same kinds of people we train today: adults who want to feel strong and capable in their own body without dedicating their life to a gym.

Our trainers are certified specifically in slow-motion strength training. The studio holds a maximum of four people on the floor at a time. It's clean, private, and quiet. The way training should be.

How does 30 minutes a week actually work? +
Slow-motion strength training takes the muscle to full fatigue in a single set per machine. The intensity replaces the volume. One 30-minute session a week is enough to build and maintain strength, bone density, and metabolic health for most adults.
Is this safe if I have joint issues or past injuries? +
Yes. Slow controlled movement eliminates the momentum and impact that cause most strength training injuries. We work with people post-PT, with osteoarthritis, replaced joints, and chronic pain conditions every day.
Do I need to be in shape to start? +
No. Most of our clients started after years away from exercise. Your trainer adjusts resistance and pace to where you are.
